On-duty or on-call centers are open when the health care centers are closed. You can only visit the on-call centers when you have sudden serious accident and you need for emergency care. On duty health centers provide accident patients first aid care.

Reasons for going on-call centers include:

  • Excessive bleeding
  • Vomiting blood
  • Having a new born baby with high fever
  • Terrible chest pain
  • Big injuries Bone fractures
  • Severe breathing difficulties
  • Worsening abdominal pain
  • Paralysis symptoms
  • Acute confusion
  • Deterioration of consciousness
  • Miscarriage risk
  • Hard ear pain (pain killer not helped).

You don’t visit the on-duty center when having small problems such as influenza, cold, mild fever, and small pains. All those mild problems can be treated in the health care centers in day time.

It is good important to let those health care workers in the on-call centers to focus on caring patients who need emergency care smoothly and calmly.
