Occupational health
According to law the employer has to arrange occupational health services for all employees regardless how big the working place is.

The aim of occupational health care is to establish healthy, safe, and well-functioning environment or working place for the employees and also prevent all diseases related to work.

Employees usually go for different kinds of check-ups and during each visit the general health of the worker is examined. Doctors write sick-leave certificates if needed.

Accident insurance

Employees must be insured by the employers with a mandatory accident insurance which covers all accidents at work, accidents on the way to work and from work. It is recommended that way from work to home must be direct without visiting any other place.
